How do I change my subscription plan and payment interval?
No matter the type of subscription you have on Online Billing Service, you can always switch to a different plan or change your payment interval.
It's super easy and it only takes a few minutes to make the switch. Everything is done online.
Follow the steps
- Click on your username in the upper right corner and go to Billing and Subscription.
- Click on the Change subscription plan button.
Check out the price list to identify the subscription plan that best suits your needs.
Choose the payment interval.
Select the subscription plan.
- Review the contract, then click the I agree button.
You will receive a copy of the contract by email. It comes into effect immediately, so you will have instant access to the benefits of your chosen subscription.
The invoice will be automatically issued on the 15th of each month.
