Issues viewing documents when you open the application with Firefox?

If you access Online Billing Service using Firefox, you might encounter the following problem: when you try to view a document, instead of displaying the document, the application will download it.

The issue can be resolved by changing a setting in Firefox.

Step 1. Open Firefox and go to Settings.

Step 2. Select Manage more settings.

Step 3. Click on General.

Step 4. Scroll down until you reach the Applications section.

Step 5. Go to Portable Document Format and click on the small arrow to the right of the row.

A drop-down window will open with three options:

* Open in Firefox

* Always Ask

* Save file.

Choose Open in Firefox, and the document will open in the application without being downloaded to your computer.
