Online billing service offers the possibility to generate an extended excel report, which is particularly useful for multi currency invoices. Invoice numeric values (in the report) are available in all currencies. You can calculate, for example, VAT in euro or pounds for a certain period. The report also includes more information about branch offices, exchange rate, language.

To generate the report, go to the 'Invoices' menu and click on 'Download / Export', where you select 'Excel (extended version)'

You will then be able to open the excel file which will contain the information from the following images:

In the following image you can see the columns that allow you to see the VAT in EURO / GDP, the remaining amount, payments amount.
